Order Online With My Puratos


My Puratos is an easy online ordering platform that offers inspiration, flexibility and convenience for bakers, pâtissiers and chocolatiers. You can order your favorite Puratos ingredients through the webshop and choose when and where you want them to be delivered!

How to create your account?

To use My Puratos, you'll need to request an account first. Only a couple of steps away from your first order!

How to order online?

Did you already create your account? Great! Place now your first order online.


  • Account Creation
    • Please double check if the confirmation email has not been blocked in your junk mail or your spam folder of your mailbox. If you cannot find it, please contact us through email (add e-mail address) or call (add tel.number) and we will help you out!

    • For the moment, we have not developed a MyPuratos app yet. The webshop is also available on mobile devices.

    • To change your password, click on the My Puratos icon at the top right in the navigation. Click  on " Log-in" and choose below for "Forgot your password?". You will receive an e-mail to change your password by chosing a new one. 

    • On the register form you will be able to create an account by providing your customer number and e-mail address. Choose a password and confirm your registration. Once you have received the welcome e-mail, you can order your favorite Puratos products online. Take some extra time to discover our entire product catalogue!

    • When you create your My Puratos account, the system will automatically check if your customer number and your e-mail address correspond to the information that we have registered for your company. If it corresponds, your account will be created automatically. 

      In some cases it's possible that the e-mail address does not correspond to the existing information of your company. This can happen when the e-mail address was previously not registered or if another e-mail address is already linked to your company. In that case we ask you to to give additional information to do a manual check on our side. 

      This can take up to 4 working days. If you still do not have access to My Puratos, please contact us by email (add tel number) or ask your representative..

    • If you don't see your frequently bought products, please try to log-out and log-in again. You can disconnect by clicking on the My Puratos icon at the top right in the navigation. If you still don't see your usual products, please contact us through phone (add tel number) or send an e-mail to (add email address)
