I am a Puratos customer but I could not create a My Puratos account

When you create your My Puratos account, the system will automatically check if your customer number and your e-mail address correspond to the information that we have registered for your company. If it corresponds, your account will be created automatically. 

In some cases it's possible that the e-mail address does not correspond to the existing information of your company. This can happen when the e-mail address was previously not registered or if another e-mail address is already linked to your company. In that case we ask you to to give additional information to do a manual check on our side. 

This can take up to 4 working days. If you still do not have access to My Puratos, please contact us by email (add tel number) or ask your representative..
